Refund policy

At Nucleus Coaching, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content, mentorship programs, and digital learning resources. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1️⃣ Digital Courses & Online Programs

All courses, test series, recorded lectures, PDFs, and digital study materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Since our products are digital in nature and provide instant access to proprietary educational content, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances including:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage

  • Student not attending classes

  • Schedule conflicts

  • Device or internet issues

  • Dissatisfaction after course access

We encourage parents and students to carefully review course details before enrolling.

2️⃣ Offline Classroom Programs

Fees paid for offline classroom programs are non-refundable and non-transferable once admission is confirmed.

If a student chooses to discontinue classes midway:

  • No refund will be processed.

  • Fees cannot be adjusted for future batches.

  • Fees cannot be transferred to another student.

3️⃣ Test Series & Study Materials

All test series (online or offline) and study materials (printed or digital) are strictly non-refundable.

Once:

  • Login credentials are generated

  • Material is dispatched

  • Download access is granted

The order is considered final.

4️⃣ Cancellation Policy

Enrollment once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

In exceptional cases (medical emergency with valid documentation), management may review the case at its sole discretion. Any decision made by Nucleus Coaching management shall be final and binding.

5️⃣ Duplicate Payment

If a payment is deducted twice due to technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.

6️⃣ Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a payment chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a violation of our policy.

We request customers to contact our support team for any clarification before raising disputes.
